Cotswold Conference Centre Strikes Gold ! Twice !!

Cotswold Conference Centre, Broadway, is the very first organisation in the Heart of England to receive the prestigious Quality at Heart Peoplemark & Servicemark Gold awards.      

Peoplemark is one of three themes of the Quality at Heart recognition model, specifically designed for the tourism sector within the Heart of England and recognises an outstanding approach to people development within the company.

Penny Hadland, Regional Tourism Manager at Quality at Heart explains "We are absolutely delighted to congratulate the Cotswold Conference Centre on its achievement of the Gold level in both Peoplemark and Servicemark.  Since Servicemark's launch four years ago, the Gold level award has never before been achieved at the first attempt, so the Centre has obviously shown itself to be outstanding in the quality of its customer service.  As for gaining gold in Peoplemark at the same time, it is truly remarkable and a great credit to the Centre."

Quality at Heart is a unique scheme in that it recognises that customer service cannot exist on its own without the supporting framework of good business planning and good people management.

Cotswold Conference Centre (CCC) was launched in January 2001. The facilities have developed over the past 30 years from humble beginnings as the residential training school for Group 4 Total Security. The centre now boasts 53 well-appointed en-suite rooms from four charming locations on site, which are set within over 300 breathtaking acres of Cotswold Scenery with stunning views across the Vale of Evesham. The conference centre is the perfect learning environment with a village feel and offers meeting rooms with natural daylight, equipment and support from a small, friendly team.

CCC has been recognised as an Investor in People and the team at CCC have been inspected and accredited with Hospitality Assured.  Last year,   CCC were a finalist for the Training Venue of the Year Award at the World of Learning Show at the NEC.  In September 2004, CCC were delighted to have been awarded a Gold Award at The Heart of England Excellence in Tourism Awards ceremony in the Business Tourism category.
