The Certificate in Training Practice (CTP) programme is widely regarded as the definitive qualification for organisational training professionals.
In the fourteen years Training for Excellence have been approved to deliver the CTP they have seen hundreds of individuals from a wide range of organisations benefit from their experience and expertise in this area. Students have embarked on new careers in organisational development, expanded their current training skills and in many cases gained promotion and new responsibilities as a result.
Training for Excellence believe learner’s gain far more from being involved in their learning experience rather than being passive recipients of information. They therefore design programmes which incorporate many learning methods to suit all learning styles.
