Broadway Venue Receives Businessmark Award

Cotswold Conference Centre has received a Bronze level in Quality at Heart Businessmark.

The award was presented by VisitBritain’s Bernard Donaghue on Tuesday 18th March at a Destination Worcestershire tourism forum. On receiving the award, Sales Manager Nick Akerman explains, “This has been one of the most interesting and challenging business improvement tools that we have encountered. It has asked us some probing questions about how the business is run and has helped us to make our business plan a much more useful working tool. We are delighted to achieve the bronze award and look forward to take the process further in future.”

The Businessmark scheme helps organisations improve their business planning, and the Centre chose to enter at Bronze level in order thoroughly to review the grounding of their planning process and the way it serves the needs of the Centre.
